Our service was EXCELLENT as was our salesperson, Renee. Renee was helpful, kind and interested in our overall satisfaction. Our bathtub was the first item I purchased for our new build home. Wittock held the tub for us m.a.n.y months longer than initially anticipated and without one complaint. That was a relief to us.
All our Kohler cabinets, sinks and tub arrived in perfect condition. Love our new house and our bathroom is everything I had hoped for and more.

This is absolutely the worst place to order kitchen and bath supplies from. Everything we ordered took forever to arrive... They tell you one or two weeks, but in reality it's more like two months. We spent a fortune at one of their stores, and you would have thought when things arrived broken or had a mfg fault that they would speed up the process at least then, but oh no, same old story, wait another month or so for your new parts to arrive. No one called us to follow up on our orders, they say they would but the phone call never comes, you always have to chase them. Absolutely terrible.
