Doug, owner of A & S Heating and Cooling of Shelbyville, TN corrected a faulty "potential" install of a mismatched Carrier heat pump from another person. Doug could of told me he could not help, but instead said he could resolve our dilemma. Doug did and sent two fine HVAC techs - Jacob and Koby who installed and connected the correct sized heat pump! We are forever grateful to Doug and his company!!!

Employee took multiple days diagnosing simple problem and I paid for his inexperience by the hour. Have used two other local HVAC companies in the past and never had a problem with their service. Spend half as much and choose a more reputable experienced company.
