Tried to use this service to get to work am and pm. Chronically late and on 2 occasions didn't show up at all. Got my friend to get me to work and paid him instead.

So the owner of this business is absolutely amazing guy, a lot of his drivers are great to ride with, but there are a few bad apples in the bunch. Trying to get a cab is a absolutely ridiculous, half the time you can't get through the rest of the time it takes hours. If the owner is there they don't take the phone off the hook and are on time and polite. Be careful of certain drivers (ladies) they will overcharge you or ask for other types of payment

Called at 7- made reservation for midnight... Called AGAIN at 11:50 to make sure they would be here- lady who answered phone (who sounded highly drugged up) assured us that they would be here shortly... Here it is 1:20am and STILL no service. Horrible service.
