Second to none in customer service. Complete seamless service from start to finish, including rental car.
Collex couldn't have done a better job with my Honda Pilot. I was rear ended by a man who was texting & as a result my rear bumper was significantly damaged. I dropped my car off at Collex where the staff was friendly & consistently updated me with their progress on my vehicle. I would highly recommend Collex to anyone who has the unfortunate experience of being in an MVA.
After a collision, my passenger front door was dented, including the frame of the vehicle. Door had to be fixed, frame and paint work.
The staff always kept me informed of all steps during the process of fixing it. Explaining the repair, what was damaged, and time period to get it fixed. They were friendly, accessible, and delivered my car before the estimated time. The car was impeccably clean, it looked like new out of the dealership.
Collex is a top notch body shop. The offices are clean, neat and organized. The staff is professional, courteous and efficient. I received multiple phone calls informing me of the status of the repair. The service was completed exactly when promised. The car looks and runs better than new. I highly recommend Collex.

Collex did it again! They took our rear ended Highlander and made it look like new in only a week. They have been our number one choice for auto body work for many years now. Their customer service and auto body work is first rate and you are always handled professionally and competently. I would highly recommend them for any body work that you need to have done and have it done right the first time.

Not only are the folks at Collex fast and professional, they are extremely understanding and efficient. We've used them several times and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for auto body work. The office staff is really helpful and patient. The technicians make sure you understand what to expect both during and after the repair. It's a real family atmosphere which makes a difficult time easier to deal with.

I just bought a brand new car and 3 weeks later a careless driver floored it right into my front bumper causing $4,500 worth of damage. I was so worried that it would never be the same.Collex gave me updates for every step of the process and I picked my car up today. It looks brand new again! I was in a car accident and got their phone # thru my insurance company. They were so comforting on the phone and scheduled me to come in right away to have my car looked at. They were very quick with having someone look at the car and explain what would be done and the girl at the desk called over to enterprise to come pick me up so I could get a rental. The mechanic called me and explained exactly what they were doing to my car. They called me every few days with updates on the repairs and they had my car ready on the day they had said it would be ready.
We have been using your services for years and you have consistently provided superior service. You are highly recognized by the insurance carriers and therefore the process of determining the cost of repairs is made stress free for your customers. Add to that your friendly and compassionate staff all of which made for a pleasant experience in an otherwise not pleasant circumstance of an accident.
Very impressed with how easy and stress-free the employees at Collex made this process. I especially liked how often they called me with updates. The body work came out beautifully!
