We offer complete service in administration, financial management including (bankruptcy prevention and mitigation bankruptcy for some of our communities) and property maintenance. We also offer the latest technological advancements in software for property management to solve the complex issues facing today’s communities and commercial building. We are member of the Better Business Bureau with A plus rating. Lighthouse Property Management’s goal is to guide Association Board of Director Members in keeping Association fees at a minimum without compromising the value of the Association, Commercial and Apartment Building owners in maintaining the beauty and value of their communities and to protect owners’ investments. Our management team will design a customized program that also works to enhance communication and create a true sense of community ownership for your neighborhood and tenants.
