Had a muffler break apart from the exhaust pipe. Rayco has the skills to weld the parts back together, rather than try to sell me a new exhaust. Much appreciated!

I would give them ZERO stars if I could. They sold me a battery a couple months ago, and then a month ago my car wouldn't start one day, but would the next. I took my car in for state inspections, and they told me they had to jump my car because the battery was dead. I said yes, a brand new battery that THEY had just sold me (and yes, I realize sometimes the batteries have manufacturers' problems so didn't blame RAYCO). Instead of suggesting that a bad battery could be at fault, they told me to "just drive around in the evenings to keep it charged." Drive around for no reason at all? Way to go green. Still had problems with it, they said to bring it in. They determined it was a bad battery afterall, but still wanted to charge me $20 for reinstallation. Never again will I bring my car to them. If I were you, I would go elsewhere as well.

Rayco is very reliable and competitively priced. I have gotten service from them since 2005, and the one time there was a problem with a repair they fixed it with no questions asked and at no charge.But what has made me a loyal customer is how they suggest lower-cost alternatives for repairs. Unlike dealers, they don't try to sell me repairs that aren't necessary.
