General Info

I focus on assisting clients in South Carolina and Georgia with their estate planning needs. As a husband, former Air Force officer and father of minor children, I understand the importance of ensuring that your family will be taken care of in the event of your untimely death. I work with parents to ensure their children are raised in an environment the parents choose and that the children's assets are managed by someone the parents trust. When working with clients whose children are grown, I concentrate on helping the clients develop and understand strategies to transfer their assets to their beneficiaries in the most efficient manner. Wills, trusts, powers of attorney and health care directives are the tools I use, but my primary goal for every client is peace of mind. Family is very important to me and I understand the time to plan is now. I can also assist you in forming a Limited Liability Company or Corporation to help protect your personal assets from your business creditors. Finally, using my military justice background, I can help current and former military members with courts-martial, administrative discharge matters, nonjudicial punishment, and military disability claims.
