If I could rate this place with zero stars, I would. I used this place to file my 2012 taxes. I provided all of the correct paperwork, but because the owner made a mistake and entered something into the wrong year, I am still fighting with the IRS to get money back from my most recent refund. He had access to all the necessary paperwork and letters from the IRS that I did. The difference is, he's supposed to be the professional and know what to do with it. Apparently not. Don't get your taxes done here. You're probably better off going to H&R Block.
