My poor poodle came home in the worse shape ever after a groom. My dog is very docile always has been. She is 15 years old. I get at call from the groomer telling me my dog is cutting so badly that they had to muzzle her and she bit down so hard on the muzzle and would not let go so she doesn't
have a nice of cut as she could have. Essentially blaming the poor cut on a dog that has never bite anyone and doesn't even know how to growl. I brought her straight to our vet to be checked out thinking maybe her teeth were bad but she checked out ok except for a very inflamed eye which by night had closed completely shut. They either used some harsh shampoo and it got in her eye or some other trauma must have happened to her. I will never ever bring my poodle back there again, I find that the owner is not involved in the grooming and it seems that she has immature groomers giving her a bad reputation. She better take notice or she is going to lose a lot more clients.

Not too bad of a place. A little pricey but good with the dogs and good environment. Nice people, good surroundings. Seem a little under staffed for the amount of dogs they have.

First time back here since I moved home. My pups were a filthy train wreck. The staff is incredibly friendly and courteous. The facility is very nice and the price was very fair. The missing star is due to the slightly uneven cut on my dogs, which considering how bad they were, I'm not truly surprised. They smelled ok, but not as nice as I was used to from my previous groomer in NC. Of course there the price was considerably more expensive so overall I am quite pleased and look forward to taking advantage of their boarding services when I go out of town. I feel confident they will be in good hands.

WOW what place!!!

I absolutely LOVE the new place in Olde Town. The Suites for the animals to stay in are unreal and a sight everyone must see. I feel VERY comfortable ,safe and secure when leaving my two "babies" there when I go out of town or when it's time for their grooming. I also love the playroom area with all the play toys and TV. It's nice to know that you don't have to worry about your pet being in a cage ALL day. Your knowledgeable and friendly staff truly cares about every animal that is under their care and it shows. I don't normally leave feedback, but in this instance I had too. Mary I am so thankful and happy for the wonderful job you do and for how your shop looks. Hands down the BEST place in Slidell. I highly recommend this groomer!

I love how my dog can come in and socialize with other dogs while waiting to be groomed. He's a very hyper dog and tends to get aggressive with other groomers, but Ms Mary and her staff took wonderful care of my baby. I don't think he wanted to leave. I'd travel cities to get him groomed here. Appointments tend to get booked, which reflects on how great of a groomer she is.

I appreciate they fit me in at the last minute without an appointment, My schnauzer mix looked precious! The best part!! They were warm, friendly, and sweet and loving with Abita Amber. I would recommend them... in the heart of slidell... old town. Quaint location!
