I dropped off a vintage leather backpack style bag. I asked them to remove the backpack straps and turn them into one cross body strap, then condition the leather. It looks great! I doubt anyone will know that I didn't buy it like it is. The craftsmanship is excellent. It would have been nice to have it s month ago but I am glad that they choose quality over quickness.
