Our experience with Chris and his crew were beyond exceptional. Chris took the time to listen to our needs and to make recommendations which were quite helpful. His crew of Curtis and Sean were prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. The men were very meticulous and neat in cleaning up at the end of each day. In our opinion this company is very honest and follows through on what they promise. We would recommend Outdoor Living Spaces without hesitation.

I loved my experience with Chris and his crew. Last year, I had reached out to over 4 different landscaping companies for a quote, some of them included folks like: Pacific Landscape Management (who was the vendor used by our home builder), Olympic Landscape, Picturesque and 2 other ones that my neighbors had used but they were unresponsive.; they either told me they were too busy or when they came out did not seem to know much about the work. I love that the owner Chris was the person who came out and walked me through the process as well as options. They built a retainer wall; leveled a sloping yard with pavers as well as put pavers on the side of our house where gravel use to be. My experience with contractors was that as they near the end of their project, they find something that needs fixing and there goes more $$, with this team, they would find things such as a fence post not being cemented to the ground properly so it wobbled and changed the boundary between us and our neighbor. They literally removed it and put it back in, cemented and hammered down. They checked in with me everytime they worked on something that had more than one option and I loved how knowledgeable they were. They started and completed work within the time frame and when they were done they cleaned up and wiped down any mess. They even built in a wood panel between the retaining wall and fence for my kids' safety. Finally, they built me a 3 in one seating area; it was a storage bench with backing that matched our deck railings. It was perfect!!!! I wholeheartedly recommend them for any project they agree to. Chris is a perfectionist and will not commit to something he and his crew cannot give 100% to.

We recently had our backyard done. The whole process from the get go (estimate, design, prep, actual work, clean up) was executed beautifully. Chris, Joe, Stefan, Eric and Joe's daughter were all awesome. They listened, made suggestions (which were all great) and the end product turned out to be fantastic. Chris and Joe saved my sanity...

Last year I began the journey to having a new front entry built over my ugly and impractical steps. This was a necessity as my mother could no longer navigate the old steps. I asked friends for referrals, I used Angie's list, I tried the internet to no avail. Contractors either did not call me back, did not show for their appointment (not okay when I took time off from work) or they were rude. Hello, do you want my business?



I called Chris with very little faith that he would come through. Boy, did he and Joe prove me wrong. They called, they came, they are pleasant.



Chris promised me a "grand entrance" and Joe and team delivered on it. I have a beautiful entry and peace of mind that my mother will not go head first down a flight of concrete steps.

Chris and the team were fantastic to deal with for our patio remodel. Not only did the result exceed my expectations, but Chris' approach to bidding and pricing gave me complete confidence from the very start. How refreshing! We tore out a heinous aggregate paver patio and had beautiful dimensional bluestone installed with a water feature and irregular planting beds. The job was fairly small but Chris never made us feel it wasn't the most important project he had to go to that day. The attention to detail and their artistic eye made for a wonderful end result. Communications were clear and the crew was always timely, tidy, and pleasant. We would absolutely recommend Living Spaces NW again and again.

Chris, Joe and their crew created a fabulous new entry into our home for us. From their first visit meeting them to creating a friendly, livable space for us to enjoy we found it very rewarding. They were always very professional and had wonderful ideas to "seal the deal". We had them remove a deck and replace it with a paver patio and walkway that included a circle patio that we will be able to enjoy on those soon to be summer days. We were very impressed with the work Chris and his crew did for us. They performed a full backyard remodel with a new patio, cedar fence and staircase, walkway, sod and a sprinkler system. We received quotes from multiple landscaping businesses in the area and Chris was the only person we talked to that wasn't just trying to sell us on doing the project the way they liked doing or the way that was the most expensive. Chris listened to exactly what we wanted out of the project and was very receptive to our constraints. He took our ideas and vision and added some of his own that really improved the finished product that we hadn't even considered. He was very fair about the price and came up with creative solutions to give us the best result for our money.



Joe and the rest of the crew were very friendly and easy to talk the details of the project through with. They handled some of our nosier neighbors very respectfully and with a great deal of patience. Throughout the project, Chris was very responsive to communications and changing ideas, which helped ensure that we got exactly what we wanted out of our new back yard. Chris also provided a lot of updates and discussed what things needed to be done, why, and how they would be done in order to complete the project on time, so we never felt out of touch with the way the project was progressing.



In the end, the project was completed on time and looks better than we thought it could have when we started looking for contractors initially. We have other projects in mind that are still a few years out at this point, but we will definitely be calling Living Spaces NW to do them for us. We're really looking forward to spending a lot of time in our new back yard.

Chris and company did a fantastic job start to finish. From our first consultation until the very last day, Chris and his crew were professional, timely, tidy, and friendly. I had two large flag stone patios installed and Chris was very helpful with all of the minor decisions and tradeoffs and even built us a small fire pit! I can't recommend them highly enough.

Chris and his crew did an awesome job on our flagstone pathway. We gave them ideas for our landscape and it turned out better than we imagined. The crew is professional and prompt. We will definitely be using this company again for future landscaping needs. We highly recommend this company.

Chris and his crew did a great job on a paver patio. Chris was flexible in working with my ideas and created a paver patio and wood stairway within my budget that looks absolutely great! After completing that job, I asked them to re-stain both of my decks and it all looks fabulous. Very easy to work with.

Living Spaces NW installed a new retaining wall and cedar fence in our backyard. Chris was very easy to work with and is very knowledgeable in the landscaping/fencing/decking business among other things. All work was done on time and on the estimate quoted (which was very reasonable btw). We live in a community with a homeowners association that has detailed fence specs that we must follow. Joe and his team executed the plans perfectly. I would highly recommend working with this company. They provide excellent customer service and beautiful design work.

Chris and Joe did a fabulous job building a wide driveway gate, trellis and fence in our back yard. The job was completely quickly, professionally, and with a level of attention to detail and craftsmanship that's hard to find these days. Their price was also very reasonable compared to other fencing companies.
