I brought in my guitar to be re intonated because it sounded bad. I was told they would adjust the truss rod and action and would have it done by Thursday. I didn't get it back till Sunday. They told me they did as best as they could and that the guitar didn't have a truss rod. It cost $45 for them to lower the action and "reintonate" it. I noticed that the strings were millimeters away from touching the pickups and that it had bad fret buzzes. After being in the shop half a week, it didn't sound any better. I go home and look up information on the guitar and find it has a truss rod, so I remove the neck from the body and tadah, there is the truss rod. I had to adjust it myself for the first time, after I did that I had to raise the action because the strings hit the pickup. Their services are bad and they are lazy. I recommend finding another place to get a guitar fixed.
