I read the one and only review on this website and found it necessary to write my own. My family's experience with Big Dog was not just a case of good service, but a case of the owners going above and beyond the call of duty. This past Spring, we had a forest fire that endangered our horses. While trying to get them out of the area, our truck's water pump blew. Not only did they come out to our house during this terrifying situation, but they fixed the water pump and wouldn't let us pay them. Who does that in this day and age??? They said, "It's friends helping friends, pay it forward." We had never met them before this happened. I cannot TELL you how MUCH their help meant to us. The horses were evacuated safely and we've taken our vehicles to them since, with nothing but wonderful service provided.

Awful service. Cost me further damages in repairs. What business only takes cash? That should have been my first clue.
