      I went for a simple under arm irritation. This unskilled dermatologist offered botox injection to prevent sweating. Why stop a natural necessary bodily function??? I switched to a different deodorant and irritation resolved. Despite a contract agreement with my insurance company i kept receiving $600+ bill for a 5 minute visit. RIP american healthcare.
