It is hard to find professional services now a days. I set up an appointment for Sinco to come help me open my pool. I took off work to meet them at my house. After a half hour past the appointment time and calling them 3 times, the manager Jennifer told me they were backed up and would not be able to open my pool and they would have to reschedule. Her solution was to reschedule and they could give me a bottle of algaecide, a $20 value. I was very upset and asked for a discount and she said no they couldn't do that. Very unprofessional and doesn't keep their commitments.

I bought a forclosed home where the pool looked like a pond! The girl at Sinco tested my water and told me exactly what to do and the pool was crystal clear in days!

Sinco installed a 54 x 24 ft above ground pool for us September 2008. First let me say this will be the 3rd above ground pool company we have dealt with and by far the best! We have had 3 different pools put in at 3 separate houses. The owner took his time with us selecting our pool and helping us make our choice. The installers were available to talk with us about how the installation would go and anytime I had a question the office manager was always there to answer our questions or have someone call us immediately. When dealing with pool companies in the past professionalism was something most of them knew nothing about. At sinco they are completely professional and timely. If you want a pool these are the people you should contact. Highly recommended staff and owners and products are of the best quality.
