This place is completely unethical! I took my car for a state inspection. They told me the tire rods and ball joints were bad. I took the car to my fiancee's father (a certified mechanic in Mass) and checked out everything on their list. He said everything was like new but replaced everything anyways, then gave me a receipt and sent me back to VT. They came back with the EXACT same problems! I showed them the receipt from my fiancee's father. They took a look at it, shrugged, and told me if they didn't do the work on the car, they wouldn't pass me. I took my car someplace else, and without anymore work, had it passed on the first try!

Do not go here! My car was perfectly fine when I arrived there to have a rusted bracket under the car replaced. Then I needed new front brakes. Then I get a call saying that the master cylinder needed to be replaced. The customer service people were not very friendly or helpful. I went & paid my bill & noticed that the car would not start. A technician left something on & drainded the battery. They were supposed to have recharged the battery, but when I went to pick up the car, the battery was dead and they told me that I needed a new battery & a new alternator. So they jump started the car. They want $ so their technicians kept coming up w/ things to add on to the bill. One customer service person was hostile. Explained to them that if my battery doesn't start that I will be in for a new battery at their expense. All I wanted and needed was a rusted bracket to be replaced and by the time I left the bill came to $502!! My car was fine went I went in and was not having any problems.
