Central location, lots of color options, friendly and funny staff, hot stones -what’s not to like? They know what they’re doing and do it great! Highly recommend

Went in to get a gel manicure with tips. There is only two people working there (a married couple) which are slow. I was expected a manicure with gel but only received a gel with tips instead. It took over an hour and at the end I had to tell her to neaten up by trimming around my cuticles, cleaning the nail polish and gel around my finger etc.. I was disappointed in the service. It was not a relaxing atmosphere as I liked at a nail salon. In the end when I was ready to pay it ended up costing $45!!! At first it was suppose to be $37 so I asked why extra and he says because I used gel polish and not regular opi polish! I was annoyed that he didn't say that upfront or post it and on top of that who doesn't use gel polish with a gel manicure?!

She gave me a 9:15 AM appt to accommodate my schedule (they normally open at 10:00). Very nice pedicure. I will go back.

It all started on a Sunday when I really wanted to get my nails done. I called Fancy Nails on Williston Rd because everyone else was closed. The woman who answered the phone was so nice and after making an appointment she asked if I needed any directions. Come to find out that the lady who did my nails only comes in by appointment only Sundays and is open 9-7 during the week. Normally when I get my nails done although they are pretty, the glue is stuck to my fingers and can become uncomfortable. Not this time the woman made sure that under my nails and my cuticles stayed clean of glue or gel. I went back 2 weeks later to get my nails filled and I took a friend with me. She was also very pleased with the service. I will be going back for as they are there. The quality is fantastic and the people are great. I get the UV gels and for $ 40 they are more than worth it. Also if ever you have a problem with the nails they are more than happy to fix it for you. No Hassel. The parking is tight.
