Picked up my car after they did an alignment and they took my $80 and sent me on my way. This spring I noticed my rear tires worn bald on inside edge. Called and talked to owner, and he said their paper work showed the rear could not be aligned due to frozen control arms. I was not told this and my invoice says nothing of the sort. Owner said "why wouldn't we tell you, it would have been work we could offer to do for you?!" I don't know why it wasn't mentioned either, I left after paying under the impression the alignment was done. Owner called me a liar and hung up on me. The owner should speak to the person who cashed me out and ask them whey it wasn't mentioned, not get angry, call the customer a liar and hang up on them. I still need an alignment and now new tires as well. They are rude and unprofessional. Stay away.
