Provided by YP.comRepeated cancelled or failed repair appts, Over a month and a half and still no working dishwasher. No matter how pleasant, the service sucks.

Provided by YP.comTwo years ago, we bought a Kenmore side-by-side fridge, and a "5 Year Master Service Plan" which cost $579. The refrigerator failed. It took MORE THAN TWO WEEKS to get a technician to visit to assess our defunct refrigerator, for the parts to arrive, and for another technician to come install the news compressor and freon filter that were deemed to be the cause of the diminished cooling power (freezer +27, fridge +50). Friday, the technician arrived, installed parts, pronunced the problem solved. By Saturday, the fridge was NOT WORKING AT ALL (freezer and fridge both 75), even though the hum of the compressor continues at an irritatingly loud pitch. We called Sears service scheduling, who scheduled another appointment for YET ANOTHER WEEK LATER - next Friday. All efforts to get them to send someone sooner, to pay a little overtime so that we can have refrigerated food and not shop daily, have been met with transferring us from one department to another, always with the same result: NO. This demonstrates the value of the most expensive Extended Service Agreement Sears offers.
