My family has been using this pharmacy for years. Now that my parent is too elderly to pick up his own meds I do it when in town. Twice in the last week I was presented with shocking charges on his meds. The first time I went to pick up some pills they told me the price was $187.00. I asked if there was a generic, questioning the bill. The person attending to me went away for a minute, said he was going to scan the barcode in another way and then told me the cost changed to $29.00. The second time The bill was around $67.00 . I questioned it again and they rescanned the bar code changing the cost to $23.00. My father says it had happened to him. This should be happening. Can something be done about this?

I have used hannaford pharmacy for years but recently moved and now use the mill creek location. I find the staff overwhelmed and borderline rude! I have never had any issues at other hannafords but am now exploring other options for my meds.
