They accepted our item over 2 weeks ago(it is a brand they service), 1st time my husband checked on it, they had forgotten about it(tried to cover up by saying that they didn't know if he wanted it fixed. Considering it is a repair shop, we were uneasy about that conversation. So he called 5 days later to check on the status, and was scolded. Then hung up on. The person(could be owner??) was very unprofessional, and rude. 1 star is way too much.
