I called United Service (spoke to Brian) to see if they could get an unusual part for me. They quoted me a price that was a few dollars less than the price I got online. They promised to have it for me in 4 days. So far I'm happy since I would rather do business locally and skip the shipping charges. Assuming that I get the part in 4 (or 5) days, I'm a happy camper.

Bad attitudes and not very helpful. I can't believe anyone would shop there.

Every time I have gone into their store I have always received good service. If you need something new or something repaired, they are definately the ones to go to. They know their stuff! I highly recommend them!

United Service & Sales is a great family owned company! I recently took in a piece of small tiller to be serviced and they did a great job getting my equipment up and running. They had the parts necessary to get it fixed and running and overall were a joy to work with. I talking with their mechanics, I found they are very competent and were able to explain well the services they provided. Was very impressed for the service I received for the cost! Their staff is kind and their selection of residential equipment was great. I plan on getting my next mower there.

Anytime my husband and I go to United Service and Sales for our lawn equipment needs they are super nice and helpful. We have a huge yard, over 1.5 acres of grass to maintain. They always have the latest equipment that no one else seems to carry. I was really interested to hear about the new GreenWorks line of equipment they carry which is energy efficient. United always goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of!

Just went in for my yearly service, and I got to say United really takes care of their customers. Fantastic service, great prices, and they really know their stuff. Thanks United, you have a customer for life in me. I would recommend them to everyone!

Everytime I go there the owner treats me like crap. The parts and sales guys are the only thing that keeps me going back.

I was trying to service a leaf blower. They told me they only service commercial blowers.

United Service and Sales has always had great customer service. They always have the part I need and if for some reason they dont I can always count on them to get it quick. I drive from Logan because of the service. I can always count on them to back up there equipment after the sale.
