      A quick telephone call got me EXACTLY what I was looking for! It was not available anymore in the catalog, and a super nice customer service representative, named Matt, on 8/22/11, 5:p.m., found that they had just one left in their store. He took my order, and got the monogram information, and we concluded the transaction! THANK YOU MATT! It will make a great gift for my daughter and family!
