We booked this company to take us home. We booked the SUV. The company assured us there would be plenty of room for 5 passengers and luggage.Driver picked us up at Syracuse Airport, didn't help us with our bags and took us across the parking lot to a beat up old SUV.There were five of us and the car had 4 seats, the driver tells us there's plenty of room.He hands my mother pillows with the intention of having my 9 year old son sit on the hump in the middle of the back seat!When my mother sits there he says "oh, have the little one sit there, there's no seatbelt law in the backseat in NY."Are you kidding me!?There absolutely is, and even if there wasn't I still want my kids buckled!I sat with my 9 year old on my lap, my 12 year old took the other seat, my 62 year old mother sat on the hump and my husband in the front seat.The car stunk and it kept making a beeping noise intermittently, which the driver kept assuring us was no big deal!I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone EVER!
