      Do not trust this company. They refuse to give us our deposit back. When we first looked and put the initial deposit down there was no sign of water damaged. When my husband went back a few weeks later to give them more money he noticed substantial water damage and asked them to close the pop-outs and fix the damage. He left more money with them. We stopped by one Sunday about three weeks ago and they were closed (even though the website says they are open) so we don t know if they completely fixed the water damage or not. Last week I received a voicemail message from the sales rep asking me when I was coming to do paperwork and start loan approval process. However, this weekend we were at a friends campground and they told us about someone they know that has a trailer for sale. This unit is newer with no water damage and much less money and we have decided that it would be better for us. Now they refuse to give us any of our deposit back (both the inital amount and the additional mone
