My dogs 1st hair cut experience went GREAT! They look so cute!!! We had a great time! cant wait till their next one!

I dog sit for my families dogs when they go on vacation. I have taken the dogs to happy tails on numerous occasions for grooming and bathing and have had no problems. They are good to the animals and the dogs always have come out happy and well groomed. Plus they smell nice. Would recommend.

I have been at Happy Tails numerous times and have had a great experience. My dogs were treated well and they had their nails done and were treated with gentle care. I have used the self-serve and asked for oatmeal shampoo and they gladly supplied it for me. The employees were all friendly and very helpful!

I've used the self grooming three times and this will be my last. Water runs from very hot to very cold and the staff can't figure out why nor did they really care that I left after doing one dog and not the two I came with. Owner did call after I went back with my business card but again doesn't seem really concerned. I'll be using the hook-up in my shower from here on out since the comfort and well-being of my dogs are important to me. Tried to save a back ache for me and the poor dog I did finish had a bad time if it. Heck, I even have to bring scissors and clippers and my own anti-itch shampoo which is fine BUT at least provide stable water temperature for your clients. If this was a people salon they'd be apologizing like mad. This place doesn't seem to care about their clients.

I am a disabled senior citizen. I took my 16 yr. old cat in to get her nails trimmed. My kitty is a "fraidy cat" with humans (including me). The groomer (elizabeth) was able to handle my cat with no problems. Eliz. was calm, and professional. Eliz. clipped the nails quickly while i waited. The price for the service was fair. I have already shared my happy experience with my neighbors and friends. HAPPY TAILS has a MOBILE VAN that will come right to your house! TRY THEM....
