I have been a member of DAC (this time) for about 7 years. I have no issues with them...and have found them to be quite responsive when I had a legitimate gripe about something. I love the facility and the group fitness classes. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I can honestly say that I get more for my money here than any other monies I spend.

The DAC is the hardest place to cancel a membership. I had to cancel due to schedule conflicts and had planned to renew in another year. After sending a notice of cancelation they continued to debit my checking account. After sending a certified letter, they continued to debit my checking account. I had the bank reverse charges and they threatened to sue. I had been a member for several years and loved the facility. But obviously customer service and repeat business is not important. I will not ever be back after this treatment and will not ever refer anyone to them as well. Thanks for the great treatment! :(
