We needed a ride to pick up our rental car. Called 24hrs in advance to arrange pickup time & prices. Spoke with Donald on the phone, he was very friendly and professional. Happy Russ picked us up promptly at our scheduled time! He was friendly & enjoyed a great conversation with him on our way to our destination. Highly recommend Mr. Taxi!

Hire more people!!! Last time I called this company, I waited for 2 hours I hope to give them another chance by calling again and this time I waited an hour and a half I am still waiting while writing this review. I don't care how much it will cost them they need to hire more employees because one or two people dispatch in the city is not good enough what's the point of calling these guys if you have to wait forever for a ride?!!
