My first time there. Told stylist exactly what I wanted, I am letting my hair grow out
so only wanted a slight trim and the bottom of my hair tapered. When she finished, she gave me a mirror and almost all the back of my hair was cut off. Very short neck style. I had been growing my hair out for almost a year and she cut it all off!!!!! I was so upset! Told her she didn't do as I asked but didn't make a scene. Just paid and left. Now, I have to start all over! Will never go back there again.
