went to Dean's Quality Transmission after going to another shop to get a problem with my Dodge truck looked at. I was not impressed with the first mechanic I took it to. I felt like I was at a used car lot. What a refreshing experience to talk with the knowledgeable guys that helped me with my transmission. This is a family shop and they were very honest with me telling me the range of options and prices to help me make a decision. There are two brothers there that learned from their Dad and have been in business for over 30 years. This was a very unexpected and expensive repair. They helped me with my decision and were able to fix it at a better price with a warranty and I felt no pressure whatsoever. I could not be happier and would recommend them to anyone.

I can not say enough good things about the mechanics at this shop. Kasey was so helpful to explain everything that was wrong with my transmission to me. I never felt like they were misleading me like the transmission place I went to in Orem before a friend recommended Dean's. Everyone I dealt with was super nice and I never felt like they were tired of my questions. And I had a lot of questions! They fixed it for the price they told me they would and had it completed one day sooner than they told me they would. They shuttled me and my children home all the way from Spanish Fork to Lindon when I dropped it off. They even delivered the vehicle to me when it was done. I will recommend them to everyone I know. They went above and beyond with their customer service.

I have no idea why someone would say this shop did not stand behind their warranty. I have never met more honest people in my dealings with car repairs over the years. I have had small repairs and I have had expensive repairs done by them. I don't believe they would take advantage of any customer. I have actually had them not even charge me for some things that other shops would charge for.

Clean, quality, knowledgeable, and professional. I do not hesitate recommending Deans Transmission for basic service to serious repairs.

These people are the most honest people in the transmission business. I was told by another shop that I needed a new transmission. They fixed a wire and serviced it for around $150.00. I am so glad that I got a second opinion from them. I wish there were more places that were this honest. Thanks again.

I took my truck to this transmission shop. I was told somewhere else that I needed to rebuild my transmission. The tech at this shop fixed a sensor for under $200 and it is running fine now. They did not even charge me to check it out and give me an estimate. ###I would highly recommend them.
