They use very low quality glass/glues/parts...the price is low because the quality is awful.

I thought i was getting a good deal when I asked the price. In the 6 months since i have had my window replaced, it has fallen out twice. Literally, went to put the window up, and falls out. I live in S Tahoe and they delivered the service, which seemed like a good idea, except the fine print says they dont deliver on the warranty. I guess they know their service is awful, and can't afford to travel to all of their poorly done jobs. So, not only did I have to drive an hour and a half the first time, they want me to do it again. So, if you can deal with crappy installation, go here!
