I’ve attended a wedding here before and it was amazing! The atmosphere and scenery was beautiful with the lake and having the option to view it on the boardwalk. The service was superb!! There was always a server available to help and they all went above and beyond to make your experience celebrating a friend’s wedding amazing. Then I decided to try the restaurant which is associated with the country club with some friends. What a difference in service…the restaurant’s service on a scale from 1-10 was a 1. In comparison to the wedding staff, which was a 10! I couldn’t believe that this was the same place but obviously not the same servers. I had high expectations and I was very disappointed. Drinks took up to 10 minutes to get, and it wasn’t that busy and empty water glasses didn’t get filled for about 15 minutes. I would definitely come to another event here, not the restaurant unless service is the same as it was at the wedding!
