I like debra the dog trainer, but i wouldn't recommend going there for grooming..or to any petsmart. I paid for a nail trim and they barely took any thing off the nail. They refuse to clean ears when it is medically needed. I like thier products but some staff aren't very knowledgeable.

I took my dog there for grooming three times. When he started he didn't mind being groomed. Now I'm told at the next place I took him that he would have to be anesthetized to be groomed he was so fearful of grooming now. I left petsmart because they never finished everything though I paid for everything. They would miss plucking his ears or cutting his nails or the hair on head would be lopsided. There was always something wrong and they never brushed his teeth even though I requested it every time. Do yourself a favor and don't tramatize your dog by taking him to pet smart.

PetSmart. You need to hire cashiers wo know the difference between a "transaction" and a purchase. I was denied redemption of coupons on 4-purchases of Puperoni treats. She said I could only use one per transaction where it clearly stated on the coupon, one per "purchase!

I have finally found a veterinary staff that I can trust. Everyone truly cares about the animals and the vets take their time to "get to know" their clients. They are all very helpful and even call to check on their client after their visit. My doctor doesn't even do that !! The store is always clean and well-stocked. The staff are knowledgeable and are always helpful! Truly a joy to visit this store...for me and my dachshund!!!!

This pet store is one of the few that I can trust. It obviously provides excellent care for all the animals. It is clean, and is kept very fresh. The employees clearly care about animals and know what they are talking about, which is crucial in helping customers who are first time pet owners. It also has a hair care area for dogs and provides training lessons. I highly recommend it.
