I had to get the other rim and came back with it to a different guy working who insinuated I was lieing and that I was lucky to just get another rim. Because he trusted me ( but it really sounded like he didn’t trust me ) he didn’t even think to call the guy who originally helped me even though he knew who he was.

He was extremely rude. I would never treat customers that way. Huge ego issues. So now I’m a couple weeks into this and no tire still.

Don’t expect any happy faces, good customers service, organization or competence here.

If I could give this place a 0 rating I would, I decided on this place since they had the cheapest mounting and balancing to get my summer tires on and they didn't bother to check my summer tires before starting and once they almost finished, they realized that my tires had too little tread for them to allow me to drive out. So now I've WASTED 2 hours, wasted $90 and I leave with the same winter tires I came with, absolutely ridiculous! I'm the customer and I shouldn't be responsible for knowing the legal tread on my tires, they were obviously at fault and I shouldn't have to pay a penny for this terrible service, or should I say no service at all since nothing was actually achieved in the 2 wasted hours. Don't get scammed like me, beware it's not worth the chance of saving a few dollars to take the risk of getting this kind of service.

They broke the trunk latch on my scion tc and refused to fix it because it is "too expensive" they have been reported to the BBB. BEWARE!
