Don't be in the bathroom the day before your appointment. They'll call, and if you don't answer they'll cancel your appointment. Even if you call back in 20 minutes.
Then your appointment will be moved a month forward.
Now it's too late to save my son's canines like they said they could.

And having toys only for kids with no cavities is rude.
Not all kids are blessed with perfect teeth whether they take care of them or not.

Dr. Enzler and his staff are the most wonderful, caring, and compassionate dentists I have seen in Spokane. I had put off bringing my daughter into the dentist for many months now due to a bad experience with another dentist in town, but I decided to give Dr. Enzler a try due to my daughter complaining of a toothache that wouldn't go away. While we were waiting for our appt date to come my daughters toothache got so bad that she was up all night crying (Friday night) and her face became swollen. I called Dr Enzler on Saturday morning and he got back to me within 30minutes. Within hours he had us in his office (on a Saturday) for emergency extraction of the tooth. He was WONDERFUL with my daughter and made sure my husband and I knew why he needed to take the tooth out compared to just "fixing it". He also made sure all our questions were answered and that if we had additional questions to call him at the office. Our experience was hands down EXCEPTIONAL. If every dentist was like Dr. Enzler there would be way less anxiety regarding dentists in the world today!
