General Info

We offer over 35 classes of different styles and levels weekly, including: Flow, Hatha, Yin/Yang, Kundalini, Pre- and Postnatal, Kid's and Teens classes. Our staff are super well-trained with many years of experience. Choose from a variety of passes and drop into the class of your choice. On-line Registration available, or simply show up at the studio and we will sign you in. Also offered, a yearly 200-hr. Teacher Training, as well as weekend workshops facilitated by our own staff.
