Great staff and trustworthy vet care for our dog. Prices are equal to other places and quotes always given before services.

Great front desk staff but services are higher than anyone else in Spokane. :(

I have always got wonderful service and great care taken with my pets. They have always been upfront and honest with me and Ihave been going there for 9years and have recommended them to countless people.

The staff and facilities are very nice, but the services are very expensive! I don't know if it's a new standard for Vet.'s or if it's because they are trying to pay for their recent remodel, but I paid $150+ more than I should have to get my puppy neutered. They have all these "add-ons" or special treatments that they give you without asking or telling first. Since when does a dog get human-grade general anesthetic for a basic castration? Anyway, I was disappointed that they weren't upfront about their special services, but I guess I should have asked rather than assumed. I am used to country Vet.'s, so I guess I learned my lesson.



Also, I never even met the doctor. At my previous clinic, I met with the doctor every time I took my puppy in to be checked, even if it was just for a vaccination. Then I took my pup here to get surgery, and the doctor didn't even come talk to me.



Bottom line is this: nice facilities and nice staff if you don't care how much you spend on your pet care. Their services are definitely over-priced.
