The facility is specifically designed for individuals who have a passion for their hobbies. Most unit holders are owners of vintage and exotic cars, large boats, luxury motor coaches, RV's and work shop tools. Since the sizes of the units range from 600 to 2400 square feet, some have consolidated multiple self-storage spaces to a single unit. We provide the ultimate OWNED storage retreat. Security is of utmost importance thus all unit owners and tenants must abide by the property Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R's). For privacy no retail traffic is permitted.
