Love these girls and guys! ! Lots of fun and personality. They all do a great job! They can do basic cuts and color, but also do great fun trendy colors and styles.

Unbelievably horrible customer service
Do not waste your time or money going to this salon. Even if you have made an appointment, you are ignored when you come in the door. Customers are not valued at this salon - customers are treated like an inconvenience to the staff. I wonder why they think they are in business since they obviously do not believe it is to serve paying customers. I had an appointment, and when I walked in on time for the appointment the receptionist at the front desk was having a personal phone call that she obviously felt was far more important than the customer standing in front of her that was there for an appointment. Other staff were nearby and walked by right me yet they all acted like I was not there for over 20 minutes. When I finally was called into by stylist with which I had an appointment because she finally noticed that I was waiting in the front lobby, the cut was not very good. It was certainly not worth the insult of being ignored by all the staff when I came on time for my appointment. Not once did anyone, even the owner of the salon, even look in my direction or stop by and apologize for the wait while I was waiting. Even after I mentioned the long wait and the experience at the front lobby, no one acknowledged that that was a problem for a customer. to wait and be ignored for longer than the time it took to actually have the hair cut If you want to be treated as a valued customer, do not go to this salon.

Poor customer service

I was in town and my mother and I were in desperate need of a haircut. I've decided to call and set up an appt, to my surprise, no one answered and so I left a message. I decided to head down there to see if I can speak to someone in person and to my dismay no one was at the desk to greet me. So I sat down with two other ladies, waiting for someone to help me.
The two ladies were called in for their appts and both of those times, not once did the stylists greeted me or asked if I needed any assistance.
I was disgusted with the poor customer service that I got up and took my business else where and I'm glad I did.
They returned my phone call 45 min later but fortunately, I was able to be waited on right away at another hair salon just right down the street.
Moral of the story, it doesn't hurt to say "Hi!". Where's the southern hospitality that everyone is talking about. Definitely not here.

Do not waste your time or money here. The employees are very unprofessional and rude. They interrupt services with personal phone calls, yell across the room at other coworkers, leave their station to chat with other coworkers in the middle of a service, do not try to make friendly conversation, and perform poor services. I witnessed all of this the other day when I took my daughter to get her hair cut. She had a picture and the woman who cut her hair, "Georgeann", did the complete opposite of what the picture looked like and never had her facing the mirror so she could not see how her hair was being cut until it was too late.

I have given this multiple chances and i have never once been satisfied. Horrible customer service, very unprofessional. Most of the workers have a rude sense of humor. It also seems that they all only know one hair cut, and choose to do that instead of what you ask.

Horrible service and dirty work stations. I don't know how they think they can call this a spa. Each station is individually owned, so to call and complain was a brick wall. I don't care if the service was free, I would not sto back in that place. The pedicure chair was broken, the manicure painful, nail dust everywhere. My nail polish came completely off in 2 days, not just a chip, but totally off. I called to complain and as told that each person owned their own place, so no where to complain, then I was hung up on. I live in the area and its a shame that we do not have a nice place to get pampered. Go to Nashville, any money you spend here is a total waste. This was supposed to be a gift for my birthday and it was beyond disappointing.
