I needed a company with good knowledge and expertise to come out and look at my deep frier. I found just that when i called Air Express Appliance. They were very friendly and professional. They diagnosed my problem and fixed it the same day. Good customer service and techs that know their stuff.

I needed to check my fireplace and run a regular maintenance on it. I called and was welcomed with great customer service right away. Since at the time i was a first time customer they gave me a special discount as well. They called before hand letting me know that the tech was on the way as well. They came on time and finished the work in a timely manner. I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience with them. I've been a proud customer ever since.

They have terrible customer service! I needed to repair my dishwasher and called Air Express, they had to come an assessed that it needed a new motor. They scheduled a date to come with the motor. I didn't hear from the tech untill 5pm that day, he said he would be here at 6pm, that is a very inconvienient time so I said why don't you just come tommorrow. I assumed that meant he would put me 1st on the list for the next day. He didn't call till 7pm and said he can be here at 8pm to do the job. Not good.... so I called the office and "made an appoinment" for 11-1pm for the next. You think they showed up for that? No... tech couldn't make till 5pm. I wasted 3 days of my life on this company. I called the manager and he has never called me back. I am guessing he really wants to keep his $50.00 deposit on the job and not own up to an angry customer. Save yourself the headche and don't call this company!!!!
