I would not recommend this company to anyone. When we moved it they were slow about everything. It took them six weeks before they paid our realitor. And we found out after we moved in that the hot water on our soaker tub didn't work. Not that it put out cold water, no, when you turned the knob, nothing came out. It took them six months and two Maintnance crews to fix it (one crew got fired).

Now that my family and I moved out, it has been two months of trying to get in touch with them in order to find out about my security deposits and apparently they only have one finance lady and she's been either sick or out of the office for the past two months. I've left several messages with no response. This company is the most unprofessional realty company I've dealt with. There is no communication or accountability within the company or with they're renters.

By far the worst property management company I have ever leased dealt with. They were unresponsive, disorganized, rude, and all together unprofessional. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Having leased a home through Aquia Realty, I can say they are one of the most unprofessional management companies I have ever dealt with. When ending my lease, I was told they would transfer the utilities out of my name. They transferred the utilities out of my name, but it was two and a half months after my lease ended and only after I received a bill and contacted Aquia Realty to find out what was going on. Yes, shame on me for being naïve and trusting the word of Aquia Realty. Per my lease terms, I waited the appropriate amount of time and asked for the status of my security deposit with a detailed list of expenses being deducted. As you have probably guessed from the rating I have provided, I am now out my security deposit with no explanation and on top that, I have not been reimbursed for the utilities I paid after I moved out --- and no one, from the property manager to the owner of the company, will return my call or my emails.

Horribly dishonest business! They do not take care of their properties they're both listing and managing. We're a military family and moved away months ago. They were given proper and legal notice of our intent to vacant our rental home. The move-out inspection was flawless. Somehow they've justified not returning our calls, or emails with pleas & hopes of them abiding by their own contract, and returning our security deposit! Quantico has a great selection of honest management companies, stay clear of AQUIA REALTY! Military families beware!! We move far to often, and not by choice. We shouldn't have to worry about fighting for the $ that is ours!! STAY AWAY!!!!!
