Dr. Gerguis is a wonderful and patient physician. However, his staff (Terry in particular), is less than desirable. I have followed the Gerguis' to their new facility and been with them for at least 10 years. Terry talks to me as though I am an idiot who has no business calling in the first place. The nurse that you are supposed to leave messages for in order for someone to call you back rarely calls back. I love and trust both Dr. John and Dr. Angie, but their staff is enough to make me start looking for another physician.

Dr. Gerguis has to be the most caring and compassionate physician I've visited. He is an excellent diagnostician. The wait times in his office are shorter than most. If I do have to wait, I don't mind because I know I will have his undivided time as long as I need him.
