Not a pleasant experience. I had over $500.00 worth of stuff stolen. There is a video cam at the front gate but in the back it is a free for all to whoever wants to steal. They don't have insurance included in their $70.00 a month fee and offer 0 help in reimbursement after their place gets broken into and my stuff gets stolen!!!! if you have to have a storage facility make sure you get one with video cameras looking at you unit
