Called agent to shop policy for me,a month prior to renewal. Provided all my contact information. Not only did the agent not call me back.He renewed my policy at a higher rate with out calling to let me know that it was going to be more. When I called.I was told they could shop next year because if they tried to save money now it would cost me fees to cancel the policy I have now. How is that for great service?I ask you
