I went to this doctor several years ago for a root canal. Contrary to popular belief, the procedure itself wasn't that bad. He did an excellent block and finished the root canal all in one day. The thing that turned me off about the whole thing was that I did not get any feeling of compassion from him or his staff. It was almost like I was interrupting their day and they had better things to do. I wasn't looking for anyone to give me the "oh, poor you" treatment, I was just hoping for a little kindness. For his technique I give him five stars. For compassion of him and his staff, they only get three.
