      A Dilbeck agent, Barbara Collins, rented me a house in Studio City, and she represented it herself through this office. After I signed a lease, I discovered it has a serious rat infestation, which she has long been aware of. I haven't slept in days, rats run overhead all night. Supposedly they are noctournal, but this morning they have located the overhead kitchen vent,and are gnawing on it. The office manager at Studio City is well aware of the problem and backs his agent 100%. I can't get out of the lease, and Dilbeck and Barbara Collins have all my money and I can't move. I am terrified. If you want to hear more, I am Suzanne Gregory and my home phone is listed on Camellia Ave.in Studio City.
