Established in 1988, First Baptist Christian School offers a variety of academic and extracurricular options for students in kindergarten through grade nine. It has an enrollment of more than 200 students. The school offers classes in language arts, math, science and social studies. It also provides classes in Bible verses, art, library sciences, music, computers, technology, Spanish and physical education. First Baptist Christian School organizes various field trips. Its library stocks various types of books and reading and reference materials. The school has a parent-teacher association that conducts various events for parents, teachers and students.
