I called twice to schedule an appointment, but both times was put on hold for five minutes at which time the phone connection disconnected. I was hoping to find a new salon in walking distance of my office, but apparently this one does not need new customers!

I had my hair cut and colored there after someone recommended the salon to me & I am beyond pleased with the results! The cut is exactly what I asked for, and the color took 10 years off my face. I found the staff very friendly and professional and have since recommended this salon to several others.

This was my second time visiting this hair salon with the same stylist. I was hoping this would be my lifetime stylist. Color cut & style were the services I paid for. Color and cut were great. I don't know what happened with the STYLE! My hair was blow dried,period.I had to take the flat iron to my hair when I got home. What I don't understand is...Why can't a person leave a salon and go out to dinner or go shopping without having to go home 1st to style their hair? Afterall, STYLE was one of the services paid for.

On the downside, I was a bit dissapointed when I came home and found hair color gunked in the tops of my ears. Yes, It WAS gunked. I did expect better service than that.
