I really feel Sunnyvale Toyota doesn't provide customer service that is acceptable by any means. Toyota Sunnyvale conducts stall tactics to create a situation to maximize service bills to create a greater financial burden on their customers than expected. And they misrepresent their service claims by telling you things that they will provide as part of the service, but then retract that after you've already dropped off your car for service. They perform classic bait-and-switch tactics.

Do not ever buy a car from this place. We traded in our car for a used car. We get three days to make sure we want to keep it. The car we bought started to overheat the 2nd day. We brought it back the 3rd day and told them we want our trade in car back. They told us they had already worked on it and they put money into it. It wasn't even their car until after the 3rd day. But it's their policy so they had to give it back. After waiting for 2 hours to get our car back it was obvious what was taking so long for them to pull our car out from the back. They stole the lighter, they stole the original, unused ashtry, they stole the original pouch that all the paperwork was in and worst of all...it's obvious that they purposefully scraped and gouged off the stickers they had already put on our car. Now not only are we out original peices to our car, we now have a scraped and gouged and damaged windshield. These people are sad, spiteful, lying crooks. DO NOT ever deal with them. We regret it.
