Our washing machine broke down on Thursday and I called A1 Appliance Repair because they're listed in Suwanee. They were able to schedule a technician for Friday between 4:00-6:00PM. The repairman was running late on Friday and didn't arrive until 7:30PM but he called to let me know he'd be late. Well, actually I called the A1 office and they had him call me with a revised time estimate. Anyway, he took a quick look at the washer sitting there filled up with water and not running and immediately told us exactly what the problem was and how much it would cost to repair. The amount was fair so we had him fix it. It took him less than 10 minutes and now it's running great! I would definitely use these people again for appliance repair!
